Kickbox
These classes blend basic kicks and punches for an effective workout that boosts weight loss, coordination, flexibility, muscle toning, bone density, and confidence. With simple techniques, anyone can join in. The average calorie burn is over 600 calories per hour. Come join Coach Carrie and Coach Kelly for a power hour!
WOD
Workout of the Day classes are hosted every morning at 5 AM. These workouts change daily, but have four consistent elements: warm-up, strength, workout of the day (Hero or Benchmark WODs), and cool-down. Each workout is scaled so everyone can join in despite their fitness level.
Bootcamp
Boot Camp (45 minutes) and Friday Strength (30 minutes) are circuit-style classes that provide a dynamic workout experience. Each session focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness through a variety of exercises.
Yoga
This "all-body" class focuses on slower, controlled movements to engage every muscle, revealing your strengths and weaknesses. You'll improve flexibility, core strength, breathing techniques, and muscle density with instructors Jana and Jordan.
HIIT Training
These classes are designed for athletes looking to elevate their fitness levels. In these fast-paced 30-50 minute sessions, you'll challenge your endurance and push your limits. Beginners are welcome—we provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate!
Strength
Build strength with diverse techniques, including time under tension sets. Each class targets the upper body, lower body, core, and incorporates cardio for a full-body workout. We have a high focus on teaching correct form in this class.
