Kickbox

These classes blend basic kicks and punches for an effective workout that boosts weight loss, coordination, flexibility, muscle toning, bone density, and confidence. With simple techniques, anyone can join in. You won’t find a better 60-minute workout!

Bootcamp

Boot Camp (45 minutes) and Friday Strength (30 minutes) are circuit-style classes that provide a dynamic workout experience. Each session focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness through a variety of exercises.

Yoga

This "all-body" class focuses on slower, controlled movements to engage every muscle and reveal your strengths and weaknesses. You'll improve flexibility, core strength, and muscle density with instructor Jana incorporating various yoga styles in each session.

Step & Plyo Step

These classes feature basic steps to keep your legs moving and heart rate up. Each 30-minute session includes a 5-minute warm-up and cool-down. Plyo boxes are available in heights from beginner levels to 24 inches, and classes also use medicine balls for added strength training.

HIIT Training

These classes are designed for athletes looking to elevate their fitness levels. In these fast-paced 30-50 minute sessions, you'll challenge your endurance and push your limits. Beginners are welcome—we provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate!

Zumba

Zumba is a fun, dance-inspired fitness class that’s all about hip movements, booty shaking, and burning calories! Led by our energetic instructors Krista and Steph, it’s a dance party for everyone. Join us on the dance floor—no experience needed!
